  • Started as a 2-week donation effort; scaled and presented to the Ministry of Health and the President, leading to nationwide airport rollout.
  • Began with 2 backend engineers; remained as sole backend engineer during a critical phase before the team grew to 3 (2 backend + 1 frontend, with a mobile developer).
  • Architecture on GCP: Compute instances, Cloud SQL, GCS for storage, Redis for session offload (cutting DB request load), Elasticsearch for COVID-19 test history and listings, AWS SES for mail.
