• SG Advance Trade In — MVP trade-in flow for the Singapore market, letting customers retain their old device while migrating data across. Integrated Singpass for identity validation and Stripe to hold funds until the old device is returned, closing the loss exposure that made the flow unviable; staged email reminders at 5/3/1 days before deadline. Delivered on time against a ~1-month deadline with no major issues.
• Scheduling System — New service and platform unifying scheduled flows customer service previously ran entirely by hand — booking lists, slot management, availability checks, broadcasts, reschedules — with WhatsApp and SMS integration. Migrated fully off the legacy system with no issues; no complaints for ~2 months post-release, one minor bug.
• Ad-hoc Task Runner — New service removing recurring BAU work from the tech team’s queue, taking 3 recurring tasks from ~15 requests/week to ~1 request per two weeks (~97% reduction). Separation of concerns made it self-service: within a week of release, other engineers were building and running their own BAU tasks on it in parallel.
• Multi Inventory Location — Replaced region-level shared bin capacity, which misstated true per-bin capacity and blocked per-store growth, with per-store capacity — without breaking existing flows. Now the primary inventory path, so volume keeps climbing: 86,000+ SKUs within a quarter (44,813 inbound processing + 41,200 handover), with new-store bin setup cut to under 5 minutes.
• Jubelio Integration — Owned the end-to-end shipment flow across mobile, dashboard, and vendor systems. Introduced a middleware-based insurance service preserving clean boundaries with the existing shipment service. Flat shipment fee optimization has cut costs by ~Rp 50,000,000 as of the last check and still accruing; resolved load performance bottlenecks via debugging and design improvements.
• Additional delivery across trade-in, inventory, pricing, promo, and tax-integration domains, with consistent production-grade PRs across multiple repositories and active peer code reviews.

Freelance - Lombok (Remote)

Tech: Python (Django), Nginx, MySQL, Redis, Jinja.

• Took over a partially-built system from the previous engineer; led a smooth migration from the legacy system to the new platform with multiple feature additions and improvements.
• Delivered most features — including large ones — in ≤ 2 days with at most 2 revision rounds.
• Proactively identified and fixed bugs and latent issues before they reached end users, hardening reliability of an inherited codebase.

• Paspor Sehat (flagship) — COVID-19 departure verification platform deployed at airports, seaports, and train stations nationwide, serving millions of passengers and integrating with thousands of hospitals plus multiple domestic and foreign airlines.
  • Started as a 2-week donation effort; scaled and presented to the Ministry of Health and the President, leading to nationwide airport rollout.
  • Began with 2 backend engineers; remained as sole backend engineer during a critical phase before the team grew to 3 (2 backend + 1 frontend, with a mobile developer).
  • Architecture on GCP: Compute instances, Cloud SQL, GCS for storage, Redis for session offload (cutting DB request load), Elasticsearch for COVID-19 test history and listings, AWS SES for mail.
  • Multi-role system (super admin, admin, airport, security, hospitals, passengers): registration, COVID-19 test registration, payments, test result submission and verification, airline integration, reporting.
